While Greenfield Holidays ensures that all the services and hospitality are served with uttermost sincerity and dedication, there are some few terms of services that a guest should read and bear in mind before booking any services with us. 

Please read the following terms of service carefully. You must not make and accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’). References to “Us”, “We”, “Our”, ‘Company’ and/or “Travel Tours” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Greenfield Holidays. References to “You”, “Client”, “Guest”, “Tourist”,  and/or ‘Customer’ means the person/s in whose name and/or on whose behalf the booking is made and/or whose name is on the Checklist and invoice and/or all those persons travelling with or availing our services. References to “supplier”, “vendor”, partner” and/or ‘third party providers’ means supplier or provider of any travel related products and services from vehicle, hotel, photography, train ticket counselor, flight ticket counselor, passport office counselor, restaurants, theme parks, foreign exchange dealers, caterers, logistics companies, etc. 

Your booking or availing any kind of services with us will be a consent that you have read this terms and conditions fully in detail and you will abide by it at all times.

Terms of Service

The Booking

Your booking contract is with Greenfield Holidays. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you via mail after the payment is received. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed while booking. This also confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

After booking, Greenfield Holidays appoints and assigns a single point of contact as Relationship Executive from starting to the end of your trip plus 90 days beyond. While we strive to do our best to serve you, sometimes, there are gaps and deficiencies in the services because of which, guest are unsatisfied or have some grievances. To address such grievances, guest are requested to follow the following procedure to lodge their complaints:

Step 1: If you have any grievances, you are requested to contact your assigned relationship executive over phone directly.

Step 2: In case your grievance is not resolved in the above step, please lodge a written complaint here. Your complain shall be resolved within 48 hrs. 

Step 3: If even your grievance is not resolved at step 2, we request the guest to forward the complaint and subsequent e-mails exchanged between all the parties to the office of the Managing Director, the mail id for which will be notified to you after you lodge a complaint at step 2.

We, at Greenfield Holidays take customer review, satisfaction and complaint extremely seriously. While we stand with and support our employees and service partners strongly, we initiate prompt and appropriate action including warnings, pay cut, suspension without pay and/or termination of employees and service partners in case any deficiencies is detected in the services provided to the guest. 

Guests are therefore requested to consider the consequences to the parties and exhaust all the options before proceeding to step 3.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Guests are advised to seek such insurance arrangements before the commencement of their journey on their own.

All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the risk of the guests.

“Force Majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, health emergency, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside the control of Greenfield Holidays or its staff.

Except where otherwise expressly stated in booking conditions, Greenfield Holidays will not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”

 Any suit, action or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of, or based on any matter arising out of or in connection with, the Agreement of service or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by and in accordance with substantive laws of the constitution of India. 

Without limiting the foregoing, courts and legal establishments in the Indian state of Karnataka only shall be deemed and have the jurisdiction over the matter.
